Who we are
Since 1983, Westside Developers (J&K DeLorenzo, Inc.) has been a family-owned business built on quality workmanship, dependable service, and lasting relationships with homeowners throughout Greater Rochester.
Founded by Joe and Kim DeLorenzo, the company grew through decades of hard work, personal service, and a commitment to treating every customer's home with care. Joe believed in being personally involved in every aspect of the business, from meeting with homeowners and preparing estimates to working alongside his crews. Joe passed away in November 2025. His standards, and his way of treating every customer like a neighbor, are still how Westside does business.
Today, the next generation continues that tradition. Joe Jr. oversees daily operations, bringing the same hands-on approach and dedication to quality workmanship that helped establish Westside's reputation.
Kim continues to manage the office and administration, helping keep projects organized and customers informed.
Together, the DeLorenzo family remains committed to the values that have guided Westside Developers for more than 40 years.
Family-owned since 1983. Built on trust. Continuing the tradition.
