Older homes, rentals and everything in between

Brockport is a canal village on the western edge of Monroe County, home to SUNY Brockport and a historic Main Street. Many houses near the village center were built in the 1800s and early 1900s, with steep roofs, dormers, porches and layered additions. Replacing a roof or siding on these homes takes more care than on a modern ranch: old wood trim may be hiding rot, and every porch roof and dormer needs its own flashing details.

Brockport also has a large number of rental properties near the college. We work directly with property owners, including owners of rental homes, and durable, low-maintenance materials such as vinyl siding and aluminum trim wrap are a good fit for rentals. For rental properties, our estimate and contract are always with the owner of the property.

Brockport is close to home for us in more ways than one: Westside Developers is a proud sponsor of the Brockport Blizzards Youth Soccer Program.
