Orleans County starts a few miles west of our Hilton office, and Westside Developers works across most of the county: the canal villages of Albion, Holley and Medina, the lakeshore towns of Kendall and Carlton, and the farm towns in between. Albion is the county seat, and the Erie Canal crosses the county through Holley, Albion and Medina.

Orleans County has some of the oldest housing in the region. In Medina and Holley more than half of all homes were built before 1940, and in most towns the typical home dates to the 1940s or 1950s. Older homes often need multiple roof layers removed, decking and trim repaired, and window openings inspected carefully, so we check for those conditions during the free estimate and price any necessary repairs up front.

In Orleans County, building permits are issued by each town and village rather than a county office, and several villages, including Albion, Holley and Medina, run code enforcement separately from the surrounding town. The table below lists who to contact for each one.
