How a siding project works

  1. Free on-site estimate. We measure your home, review the existing siding and trim, and discuss what you'd like to accomplish with your project.
  2. Written estimate and selections. Your estimate is typically based on a quality mid-range siding product. You can review colors, styles and profiles with us before or after receiving your estimate. If you select a different product or style, we'll update the pricing as needed.
  3. Materials and scheduling. Once your selections are finalized, materials are ordered in your chosen style and color, and we'll coordinate a start date with you.
  4. Installation. Most siding projects take approximately one to two weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the home, weather conditions and any unexpected repairs. We work systematically around your home to keep exposed areas protected throughout the project.
  5. Cleanup and completion. We keep the work area clean throughout the project and remove siding scraps, nails and other project debris when the work is complete.
