Exterior work for Spencerport and Ogden homes

Spencerport is a short drive south of our Hilton office, and Westside Developers has worked on homes in the village and throughout the Town of Ogden for years. The Erie Canal runs right through the village, and the streets near the canal and the village center include older homes with porches, dormers and additions built at different times. Those roof lines have more valleys, walls and transitions to flash correctly, which is where leaks usually start.

Beyond the village, much of Ogden is newer subdivision housing where the original builder-grade roofs, siding and windows are now reaching the end of their service life. We work throughout Spencerport, Ogden and Adams Basin.

Common projects in Spencerport

The Village of Spencerport shares building services with the Town of Ogden, so permits for homes in both the village and the rest of the town go through the Town of Ogden Building Department. If your project requires a permit, we’ll discuss the requirements with you before work begins, and for deck projects Westside Developers handles the permit and required inspections.
